Our Ministries
The Worship Center is a Non-Denominational, Christ-believing church in Hebron, CT, since 1987. We offer a variety of ministries to help you grow in your faith and connect with others in our church community. Our ministries include opportunities to serve, grow, and connect with others on a personal level.
Youth Ministry
The mission of the Youth Group is to support the youth (grades 7-12) of Hebron and surrounding towns in their spiritual development by cultivating a vibrant fellowship environment; exploring topics and "tough questions" about God, faith, and church; encouraging them in their walks with Jesus; and connecting them with the greater Church. We desire to walk through the awesome journey of discovering and knowing Christ for oneself alongside youth.
Children's Ministry
Your children matter at TWC! Our children's ministry at The Worship Center is designed to help kids learn about God and grow in their faith in a fun and engaging way. Currently we offer age-appropriate classes and activities for kids from birth through sixth grade. Our dedicated volunteers love working with kids and are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment where kids can learn and grow.

Outreach
Our Outreach Team puts a friendly welcoming face to The Worship Center as we reach out to our neighbors within Hebron and the surrounding communities, through charitable community and fundraising events.

New members are welcome to join with fresh ideas and creative ways to build the body of Christ and reach out to people in a welcoming and enthusiastic way.

Stephen Ministries
Our Stephen Ministries staff are trained and certified to provide one-to-one care to people in the congregation. Our lay caregivers meet with a hurting person on a weekly basis to listen, pray, and provide emotional and spiritual support. Men are paired with men, women with women. Ministers commit to be available for two years, as needed, but many serve longer is they choose. Stephen Ministries is a nation-wide Christ-centered outreach and counseling program, committed to being there for those in distress and going through difficult life circumstances, who need the confidentiality of a good and caring listener to guide them through their crises. Stephen Ministries is named after St. Stephen, who was the first Christian martyr to care for the poor.
Worship Team
Our Worship Ministry provides music and songs for our Sunday worship services, so that the congregation can express their worship of God, through singing and other forms of praise. We are called The Worship Center - "worshipping the Father in Spirit and truth", as Jesus stated, which means to know, worship, and serve God from the mind and heart, and through our actions.
